Support the Center

There are many ways you can get involved in supporting the Center for Entrepreneurship. Many entrepreneurs already volunteer to speak on campus, hire interns and work with students on special projects. As we grow, we will need even more entrepreneur volunteers to work with students to learn about the real world of entrepreneurship.

As far as monetary help, a majority of the Center’s funding must come through private contributions. New programs cannot be developed and existing programs cannot grow without significant private funding. Naming rights are available for the Center and individual programs for large gifts. For example, an existing endowment gift from Carole Moore McLeod for the annual Entrepreneur Summit has ensured that this event will be funded in perpetuity. Any size gift is greatly appreciated, and multi-year pledges help to provide sustainable programs.

In addition to unrestricted donations, you may direct your gifts to specific programs. A few of the many options are listed below:

"Pitch Your Idea in 90 Seconds" Contest - Provide monetary awards to winners of annual business idea contest open to all students at ASU.

Business Plan Contest - Provide support to develop a year long, campus-wide business plan contest with workshops and significant monetary awards for the winners.

International Entrepreneurship Program - Provide travel support for planning and delivery of courses that focus on working with entrepreneurship students from another country.

Entrepreneurship Practicum Program - Provide travel and research support for students and faculty working on semester long projects with regional entrepreneurs.

Concentration in Entrepreneurship -Provide support for new course development, faculty development, workshops, travel to conferences, visiting lecturers.

Entrepreneurship for Non-business Students - Provide support to develop and deliver entrepreneurship programs for students all across campus to add to their major fields of study.

Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship - Recruit high quality entrepreneurship faculty.

Entrepreneur Speaker Series - Provide support to bring high profile speakers to campus

Student Mentoring Program - Provide support to build a formal mentoring program.

Entrepreneur Internship Program - Provide support to build an internship program, faculty travel and subsidized intern salaries for non-profit or lower income entrepreneurs.
